摘要
12只家兔均分治疗组和对照组,两组均经心导管至肺动脉注入油酸0.1ml/kg,致急性肺损伤。治疗组注油酸后再注复方丹参注射液,结果:30分钟内,肺血管阻力(PVR)的上升幅度及心输出量(CO)的下降幅度较对照组明显减小。提示复方丹参注射液可改善油酸型肺损伤的肺血流动力学。
12 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups : the contrast and treatment group. Oleic acid 0.1ml/kg was injected into the pulmonary artery via caidiac catheter to cause acute pulmonary injury in both groups. In the treatment group, when injectio Salviae Miltiorrhizae Com-positae was injected after the injection of oleic acid the ascending range of the pulmonary artery pressure and the descending range of the cardiac output were obviously declined with 30 minutes as compared to the normal group. The results suggested that the pulmonary hemodyna-mics in lung injury caused by oleic acid injection could be improved by Injection Salviae Miltiorrhizae Compositae.
