C-反应蛋白、降钙素原与血小板对早期诊断新生儿细菌性败血症的预测价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及血小板(PLT)联合检测对早期预判新生儿细菌性败血症的临床价值。方法选取信阳市中心医院新生儿败血症患儿91例为观察组,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(无感染、先天畸形等)患儿91例作为对照组。观察分析CRP、PCT及PLT三项检测指标,比较对照组与观察组治疗前、恢复期的动态变化;绘制受试者工作特征曲线,确定CRP、PCT及PLT的最佳截断值,计算其灵敏度及特异度。结果观察组治疗前CRP、PCT及PLT检测指标均高于对照组,且治疗前CRP、PCT及PLT均高于恢复期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRP、PCT及PLT三项联合检测指标敏感性高达94.87%,特异性高达91.10%。结论 CRP、PCT与PLT联合检测的结果对早期诊断新生儿败血症具有较高的敏感性及特异性,联合应用可提高新生儿败血症诊断的准确性。
