摘要 采用正交试验设计研究了影响产毒节菱孢产毒的因素。按照实验室中影响产毒因素的影响程度的大小排列顺序为菌株>温度>时间>培养基>pH值。在实验条件下,以麦芽汁-酵母膏产毒培养基,20℃培养21天,pH4.5时产毒量最高,可作为节菱孢在实验室的最佳产毒条件,产毒培养物在9个月的放置过程中,其3-NPA的含量未见变化。 Athrinium SPP which caused human food poisoning in Northern China was isolated from deteriorated sugar-cane. 3-Nitropropionic Acid (3-NPA) produced by Arthrinium SPP is the main factor causing strong toxicity to human and animals. Orthogonal experimental design of 5 factors which influence 3-NPA production by Arthrinium were used in this study. It was shown that the order of effects of these influencing factors were as follows:toxigenicity of Arthrinium strain>incubation temperature>incubation period>type of medium>pH of medium. The optimal conditions for 3-NPA production in laboratory condition are: cultured in malt extract-yeast extract medium; incubated at 20℃; for 21 days and at pH of medium 4.5, There is no change of 3-NPA level after the culture was kept at 4℃ for 9 months.
