摘要
单甲脒是双甲脒的活性代谢产物之一,从化学结构来看属于甲脒类化合物的农药。体内外诱变试验结果表明,单甲脒及其代谢产物4-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸没有显示致突变作用。
The mutagenicity of U-40481 and its metabolite 4-amino-3-methyl benzoic acid were studied. The results showed that no mutagenicity was found in vitro tests with or without mammalian microsome using TA_(97), TA_(98), TA_(100), TA_(102), respectively. No significant change appeared in the micronucleus rate of the bone marraw cells and the spermmorphology of the male mice.
