摘要
目的 观察亚低温的不同时程对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后炎性反应的影响。方法 2 4只 SD大鼠随机分为 4组 :常温组 ,亚低温 1 /2 h组 ,亚低温 1 h组和亚低温 3 h组。每组各 6只大鼠。参照 Zea Longa的方法建立脑缺血再灌注动物模型 ,于再灌注 2 4h断头取脑 ,行 HE染色 ,观察脑组织中白细胞浸润及神经细胞的变化情况。结果 常温组在缺血梗死灶周围区可见白细胞浸润明显及深染受损的神经元 ;随亚低温时间的延长 ,白细胞浸润逐渐减少 ,神经元亦表现为淡染的轻度损伤。结论 亚低温可抑制脑缺血再灌注后的白细胞浸润 ,具有神经保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of mild to moderate hypothermia on the inflammatory response following cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats.Methods Twenty four SD rats were randomly divided into control group, hypothermic 1/2 h group, hypothermic 1 h group, and hypothermic 3 h group. Every group has six rats. By means of Zea Longa animal model, histological techniques were used to evaluate leukocyte infiltration and neuronal damage in ischemic brain tissue after 3 h ischemia following 24 h reperfusion. Results There was a significant increase in leukocyte infiltration in the ischemic brain tissue of control group.Compared with the control group, mild to moderate hypothermia could inhibit leukocyte infiltration, especially in hypothermia 3 h group.Conclusions Our data support the idea that mild to moderate hypothermia may play some role in anti inflammatory reponse following cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
