阿尔茨海默病分子遗传学最新研究进展(综述) 被引量：4

摘要 已知与阿尔茨海默病密切相关的基因有 APP、PS-1、PS-2和 apo E基因。随着分子遗传学研究的深入 ,人们又发现其他一些基因如心血管危险因子 (LRP、ACE与 LPL)、炎症基因 (IL-1、IL-2、TNF-α)等也与阿尔茨海默病有相关性 ,多个相关基因的危险等位基因和环境因素的综合作用可能促进阿尔茨海默病发生发展。此文就近年来心血管危险因子、炎症基因及其他一些基因与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究进展做一综述。
