本文主要阐述地方高校图书馆开展信息服务的重要性和必要性。分析开展信息服务的对象、特点和方式以及开展信息服务的几点措施。
This paper sets forth the importance and necessities of the information services that the libraries in some local universities launched. It analyses the users, the features, the methods and some measures of the information services.
