摘要
目前对酒店专业人才的素质与能力结构以及各构成要素重要性的研究,基本是学者思辩性的探讨。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,让酒店管理者描述酒店业人才的素质和能力及酒店基层管理人员的素质的构成,并让他们评定各要素的重要性,试图通过这种方法,探索各要素的重要性次第,为培养和提高酒店管理人才的素质与能力的教育改革实验研究提供必要的依据。
The current study on the structure of quality and ability of hotel professionals is mainly based on the scholars' theoretical research. And by means of questionnaire, the professionals in hotels can describe their own quality, ability and the making and also evaluate the importance of each element. The paper tries to explore the importance sequence of each element and provide the necessary research supporting evidences for the relevant education reform.
