摘要
利用二维超声心动图仪对633例病人和100例健康人进行了对比研究,结果病人左心室条束的检出率为31%(196/633),共检出条束233条。健康人左心室条束的检出率为40%,共检出条束43条。左心室条束位于左心室流出道,多附着于室间隔和后乳头肌或室侧壁,呈线样或带状强回声。同时在左心室长轴和心尖四腔切面检出的左心室条束最多(77.5%)。在211例有心脏杂音的病人中,检出左心室条束36例(17.3%),16例有心脏杂音的健康人中检出12例(75%)。室性早搏病人左心室条束的检出率为42.9%,健康人为73.3%。本文对左心室条束的诊断标准和超声心动图特征进行了讨论。
Hearts of 633 patients and 100 healthy subjects were examined with 2-dimensional echocar- diography.There are 233 left ventricular bands in 196(31%)patients.43 left ventricular bands were seen in 40(40%)men.The left ventricular bands are in the outflow tract of he left ventri- cle,and mostly attach the ventricular septum and posterior papillary muscle or free wall ,appear as line echos.Most of left ventricular bands(77.5%)were determined in the left ventricular long- axis and apical four-chamber views simultanousiy.In 211 patients with cardiac murmurs,left ventricular bands of 36(31%)patients were recognized.Those of 12(75%)men were seen in 16 men.Prevalence of left ventricular bands in patients with premature ventricular contractions is 42.9%.one of the men is 73.3%,The diagnostic criterion and echocardiographic features of the left ventricular band were discussed.
