摘要
报告了100例闭经患者的细胞遗传学研究,发现异常核型38例,异常率为38%。其中原发性闭经73例,异常核型35例,占47.95%;继发性闭经27例,异常核型3例,占11.11%。并对原发和继发性闭经患者的染色体异常率、发病机理以及核型与表型之间的可能关系进行了探讨。
In this paper,the cytogenetic research on 100 cases of amenorrhea were reported,have found 38 cases of abnormal karyotype,abnormal rate is 38%.There are 73 cases of primary amenor- rhea,out of which 35 cases are of abnormal karyotype,abnormal rate is 47.95%.There are 27 cases of secondary amenorrhea,out of which 3 cases are of abnormal karyotype,abnormal rate is 11.11%.It has discused the chromosomal abnormal rate of primary and secondary amenorrhea, the cytogenetic mechanism of amenorrhea and the possible relationship between karyotype and phenotype.
