摘要
通过小鼠转棒实验与游泳实验,观察了百事特蜂王宝(25g/kg,15d)的抗疲劳作用。喂养蜂王宝组的小鼠及对照组小鼠在转棒上的持续时间分别为22.08±16.41与11.93±9.37(P<0.05);游泳持续时间分别为9.87±5.52和4.67±2.06(P<0.05)。结果表明蜂王宝有显著的抗疲劳功效。
In this paper, mouse antifatigue experiment found after daily oral administration Bee Treasure (25g/kg, 15d) in mice assayed with turn-club test. The results showned that the it lengthen the maintain time of mouse on the turn-club. In mouse natatory exhaustion experiment, the duration of swimming was also longer than that of control group.
