目前在有条件的部分高校中实行股份制改革有利于从根本上解决高校的经费压力及一些深层次的问题。国有企业股份制改革的经验给了我们许多有益的启示。在高校股份制改革的可行性方面 ,从资金保障、人力资源管理、学生来源、学校规模。
The implementation of reform measures such as stock system in some select institutions of higher learning can help solve the problem of shortage of funding and some other deep-level problems. In terms of the feasibility of implementing such measures, a discussion is made in five aspects, namely, financial support, management of human resources, source of the student body, size of the institution and equity and efficiency.
