摘要
观察了心得安及妥拉苏林对阿托品化家兔心率及血压功率谱低频峰的影响,结果心得安可使心率功率谱低频峰(HR-LFP)及血压功率谱低频峰(BP-LFP)降低(P<0.05);妥拉苏林在除去缓冲神经后,仍可使BP-LFP降低(p<0.05),但对HR-LFP无明显影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,血管的α和β受体活动参与了BP-LFP的形成,而心脏β受体活动参与了HR-LFP的形成,HR-LFP可能是血压低频变异反射的结果。
It was observed that the effects of propanolol and tolazoline on low frequency peaks of heart rate and blood pressure power spectra (HR-LFP, BP-LFP) in 36 atropinized rabblits. The results were as follows: propanolol lowered densities of HR-LFP and BP-LFP (both P<0.05); tolazoline caused the decreases of BP-LFP denities (P<0.55). but have little effect on HR-LFP densities (P>0.05). This experiment indicated that the activities of α and β-receptors on blood vessels contribute the BP-LFP, while the activities of cardiac β-receptors contribute the HB-LFP, and the HR-LFP may be the reflexogenic effects of low frequency fluctuations in blood pressure.
