摘要
应用免疫酶标PAP法和免疫金银法(IGSS)对乳腺癌及5种生殖系统疾病中的雌激素受体(ER)进行检测。结果ER在乳腺癌及良恶性生殖系统疾病中均有表达。恶性肿瘤ER阳性率为84％,在良性病变中,阳性率为68.2％,本文为临床采用内分泌治疗生殖系统疾病提供组织学依据,并认为IGSS法检测ER是一种较简便而实用的方法。
Expression of estrogen receptor (ER) in 11 cases of breast cancer and 36 cases of benign and melignant lesions of genital system was detected with PAP and IGSS methods. The results showed that there was expression of ER in the breast cancer as well as in the diseases of genital system. The positive rate was 84% in the malignant tumors of genital system and was 68.2% in the benign lesions of genital system. The auother considered that the IGSS method will be conve- nient and useful to detect ER in the clinical practice.
