摘要
管理者的诚信资质是管理职权得以正确行使的关键。维持管理者的诚信需要有效的激励机制作为保障,而产权制度的设计与重复博弈的"游戏规则"的建立是激励与规范管理者管理行为的有效方式。因此,本文认为诚信是产权权利与游戏规则及充分博弈信息保证下的产物,唯有此种激励才是有效的激励。
The managers' honest quality is a key factor for them to exercise management in right way. It's necessarily needed inspiring mechanism as guarantee to survive the manager' honesty. Since the designing of property right mechanism and constituting 'repeating game' regulations can be used as a efficient way to inspire and regulate the behaviors of managers. The article assumes that the honesty comes from the property right and sufficient game information, and only these can be regarded as efficiency inspiring.
