摘要
本文通过对新形势下高校的四种学术功能的分析和探讨 ,力求为完善高校成为“知识经济的策源地”提供一些思路。
By analysing and approaching the four kinds of academic functions in collegesand universities under the new circumstances, the paper tries to offer some thoughts to make them become the source of knowledge economy.
