摘要
教材编辑作为编辑队伍中具有一定特殊性的组成部分 ,其素质与能力对于教材的整体质量和水平起到重要作用。本文从教材编辑工作的内容、特点和规律出发 ,分析了教材编辑应具备的特质与能力结构 ,探讨了提高教材编辑素质与能力的途径 ,展望了在新的教育发展形势下教材编辑面临的机遇与挑战。
Textbook editor is a special component of editor's group,whose qualities and capabilities play an important role in the achievement of high textbook quality and level.This paper,based on the working scope,characteristic and rule of editing practice,analyzes the required quality and capability structure of textbook editors,discusses feasible ways of making related improvement accordingly and foresees the opportunities and challenges faced by textbook editors in the new situation of educational development.
