摘要
金融创新是推动金融深化的基本动力 ,金融创新使金融工具、金融组织、金融市场的结构发生了深刻变化 ,使经济主体在筹资和投资方式的选择上有了更大的拓展空间。金融创新的过程是一个国家从金融压制逐步走向金融开放和深化的过程 ,也是一个国家的经济逐步走向成熟的过程。其中 ,金融产品创新是关键 ,这一点对建行更为重要。
Finance innovation is the basic power of finance reform. It makes great changes in the structure of financial instrument、 organization and market. The main part of economy owns more and more space in choice of raising funds and selecting the method of investment. The development process of finance innovation was the courses from finance control to finance opening and innovation as well as the process of gradual maturing of one country's economy. Financial product innovation is the key factor especially for Construction Bank.
