摘要
随着我国社会信息化程度的不断提高,计算机网络的迅速普及,计算机犯罪也呈现不断上升的趋势,所造成的社会危害也越来越大。计算机犯罪作为一种高科技的智能型犯罪,其侦破难度大,但仍需坚持传统的侦查方法,结合计算机犯罪自身的特点和规律,进行侦查取证。
With the increase in the informationization of the society and the spread of the computer in ternet,computer offense is also increasingly rising,which leads to greater and greater social harms.As a kind of intelligent offense of hi-tech,it is hard to investigate.As the re sult,the concerned investigation must follow the traditional methods,as well as the features and rules of computer offense.
