摘要
我国传统的公安法学教育是在职权主义诉讼理念基础上展开的,偏重于法的适用中的工具主义,这已经不适应二十一世纪我国依法治国的进程和现代警察执法的国际趋势。因此我们必须调整公安法学教育理念,重视法的多重价值认识与教育,调整法学知识结构,重新界定公安法学的教育目标并改革人才培养方式。
The traditional public security education of jurisprudence developed on the basis of the theory of functional action,which lays emphasis on the toolism of the law,and outfits the rule of law and in ternational ten dency of the modern police enforcement.As a result,the concept of public security education of jurisprudence should be adjusted in its value,its structure,its goal and its developing model.
