摘要
近几年由于道德正义的沦丧、道德规范的失范及道德的日益个性化、多元化走向,人们对道德评价标准有所动摇。甚至有人在错误的大前提下降低道德评价的标准,提出了“次道德”,以便达到匡扶正义,减少社会公害的目的。这无疑是缘木求鱼。要想真正匡扶道德正义,为道德走向谋一出路,落脚方式只能是法律正义、制度正义的建立,那就是应建立一个公正的道德评价标准———“次道德”及公正的道德评价机制———道德法庭。
Because of the lack of moral justice,the irregularity of moral regulations and the personal-ization and diversity of moral,people has lost the firm stance on the evaluation standards of moral.Some even decrease the standards on the basis of mistake and put forward sub-moral so that the social justice will be risen and the evil will be degraded.However,it does no good.In order to rise so cial justice,the only way is that the legal and system justice should be established and the moral court should come into being.
