摘要
所谓“次道德”,比较流行的定义是指违法者在实施不正当行为的过程中,在违法利己的同时,尽量给社会和他人减少损失。当前,“次道德”越来越多地为人所提及,甚至有人认为次道德的存在将减少社会损失,从而肯定其存在价值,呼吁提倡次道德。但次道德的存在价值仍令人置疑。首先,次道德缺乏自身的道德价值。因为其并不具备道德价值的属性和功能。其次,它不具备操作的现实价值。次道德缺乏明确的标准,而且难以通过它达到价值目标。再次,当我们提倡次道德时,将不可避免地对社会带来负面作用。
Sub-moral refers that the out laws try their best to decrease damages to the society and oth ers while they are doing wrongs to their own benefits.Now more and more people mention it and deem it will decrease the social loss so they think it has its own value and it should be advocated.However,it is still under the suspicion because sub-moral lacks its moral value and its definite stan dards,and it will bring about negative effect while it is advocated.
