摘要
本文主要研究彩棉针织物用碱双丝光处理,随后再用纤维素酶单独或结合起来处理,对彩棉针织物色泽及机械性能的影响;对比了不同工艺处理后彩棉针织物的失重率、光泽度、色牢度参数及强度等变化。结果表明,彩棉针织物用双丝光整理是改善色泽和手感的有效方法和途径,如果与生物酶相结合处理,效果尤佳,其光泽度、色牢度、强度等,都较单独丝光处理为好.
A series of treatments including singeing, double mercerizing, softening and especially biological finish are used on knitted fabric. A comparison is particularly made on biological enzymes and conventional mercerizing finish in terms of capillary, percent of deweight, strength of broken , color fastness changing .The results indicated that the double mercerizing is an efficient means improving the color and the handle of naturally colored cotton. If using the double mercerizing with biological finish, the result is better.
