摘要
我国从1998年开始实施积极财政政策,国债发行量逐年上升,财政支出也逐年扩大,国家财政负担增加,于是有人提出积极财政政策到了淡出的时候。通过分析当前宏观经济形势,笔者认为,我国应该继续实施积极财政政策的结论。
China began to carry out financial policies in 1998. However, the issue volume of national debt and financial expenditure are increasing and national fiscal burden is becoming heavy year after year. Therefore, it is suggested that active financial policies should not be implemented any more. However, this paper draws the conclusion that China should continue to carry out the active financial policies by analyzing current macroeconomic situations.
