摘要
加入WTO后,中国外商直接投资法律制度应该是由优惠政策向国民待遇调整,内外资立法由"双轨制"向"单轨制"调整,引导外商投资符合国家产业政策。
After joining in WTO,the adjustment of law system about foreign merchants in China investing directly should be adjusted from favorable policy to civil treatment;trade inside and outside should be adjusted from 'double trach'to 'shingle track';lead foreign merchants' investment to be accordant with the industrial policies of China
