摘要
缺陷产品的召回制度作为政府管理产品质量的一种有效手段,在发达国家已非常完善。由于历史的原因和意识的淡薄,我国至今尚未建立召回制度,在市场经济和加入WTO的今天,日益成为阻碍消费者权益保护和企业竞争力增强的制度障碍。为此,借鉴发达国家的实践经验,结合中国国情,确立和完善我国的产品召回制度就成为当务之急。
The recall system on defective product is an useful means to effect administrative management. It is very common in the developed countries, but China still hasn't built this system because of some historical causes and lack of awareness. Nowadays China has become a member of WTO and enforced the market economy , so the systematic obstacle which hinders our protecting consumers' rights and enforcing competence of enterprises. So it is urgent to draw lessons from the practical experiences of developed countries and combine the situation of China to perfect our recall system on defective product.
