摘要
本文借助于可持续发展的思想,对企业可持续发展的概念进行了界定,揭示了企业可持续发展的本质内涵。在初步分析了影响企业可持续发展因素的基础上,从资源基础理论和企业知识理论的视角提出了企业可持续发展的实施路径:战略规划及管理、战略资源的积聚、永续创新。
In the era of knowledge economy, people's attention increasingly focuses on sustainable development of enterprises (SDOE).The concept of SDOE is defined from the thought of sustainable development in the paper. The essence of the sustainable development of enterprises is revealed. On the basis of analyzing the factors having an effect on SDOE. the attaining methods of SDOE are suggested from theories of RBV and enterprise knowledge: strategic planning and management, the accumulating of strategic resources and continuous innovation.
