摘要
国务院发展研究中心资深专家组成的课题组,研究了现阶段中国石油天然气行业改革的特殊性、难点和障碍。
Marketization should be the direction of reform in China's petroleum and gas industry all the same, however, there will be numerous difficulties in front of the next round reform. After carefully study and analyse on the existing difficulties and handicaps of the reform in China's petroleum and gas industry, energy research team of the Development Research Center of the State Council suggested the reform should be pushed forward steadily and distinct policies should be adopted according to different links of upstream and downstream industry chain in China's oil industry.
