摘要
为探讨胃癌患者发中微量元素的变化信息，发样经洗涤、称重、消化、定容处理后，用ＷＦＸ─型原子吸收分光光度计进行测定，结果：胃癌患者较正常人Ｚｎ、Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ、Ｍｇ、Ｇａ显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），胃癌与胃溃疡相比，Ｚｎ、Ｚｎ／Ｃａ、Ｍｇ均呈显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示发中微量元素化学信息的变化，可为胃癌的诊断和鉴别诊断提供参考。
This paper reports that change of chenical information of trace elements in gastric cancer patients'hair.Experimental results showed that:(1)x±s of zn,Mg Ca and Zn/Cu in gastric cancer group were markedly lower those in normal group(P<0.05,).(2):x±s of Zn,Mg and Zn/cu in gastric cancer group were significantly lower than those in gastric ulcer group(P<0.05),and therefore change of chemical information of trace elements in hair,may be a Clinical reference to determine gastric cancer and gastric ulcer in diagnosis.
