摘要
论述了图书馆员职业素质的内涵,图书馆员职业素质主要体现在人格素质、广博、宽厚的知识结构,科研和创新能力,有"始"有"终"的研究性学习.分析了图书馆员职业素质现状,提出了图书馆员职业资格认证,严格图书馆员职业职称评聘制度,加强图书馆员职业培训,发掘人力资本内在资源的方法及措施.
In this paper,the vocational connotation of librarians professional qualities is discussed,which mainly embody personality accomplishment,wide knowledge structure,the ability of scientific research and creativity and endless researching.This paper analyze present condition of library personnel qualities,put foward qualification authenticaiton of them,enforce profession evaluation system,strengthen profssional training of them,and find the method and measure of manpower's intrinsic resources.
