摘要
家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus,BmNPV)属于杆状病毒科,基因组为双链环状 DNA,约130kb。由该病毒基因组编码的多角体蛋白在病毒感染的后期大量表达形成结晶,将病毒粒子包埋于其中,对病毒粒子起保护作用。多角体形态受病毒基因组控制。
A mutant with cubiodal polyhedra which isolated from wild type Bombyx mori nuclear po-lyhedrosis virus with that of hexagonal polyhedra was used as a experimental material.Byusing alkali lysis procedure,the viral DNA fragments were cloned into plasmid pBluescript.Fiverecombinants containing polyhedrin gene were selected through in situ hybridization.The inserted10.6Kb fragment was mapped and an additional Xho I site was found upstream of the polyhedringene.
