摘要
长期以来,筛选对蜚蠊具有高毒力的病原微生物的研究进展缓慢。1989年 Mekdad.等人从自然死亡的马德拉蜚蠊(Leucophaea maderae)虫尸中分离获得一株高毒力的 Bacillus cereus B_1菌株。在用生物测定证明其病原性的同时,用杯碟法对该菌株产生的杀蜚蠊毒素——磷酸酯酶
A cockroachcidal bacterial isolate CW-W-90-3 was selected by egg yolk agar plate.The iso-(?)ate produced phospholipase C(PLC)which was pathogenic to the nymph of cockroach.Theconditons for production of high level PLC In dicated that using LB medium supplementTween-80 or minimal medium could effectively increase the activity of PLC.The optical phasefor production of PLC was in the period of 12—18 hours and below pH8.0.The activity of PLCwas reduced along with the culture time until 48 hours.The PLC was resistant to heat.The par-tially purified PLC from the culture supernatant was assayed by using cockroach nymphes andproduced 71.74% mortality.
