摘要
针对本钢废钢厂美国进口的TG4036A型压块机衬板磨损严重问题,我们对原衬板的材料进行化学成份检验,对其机械性能进行测试,并对原磨损严重的衬板进行测绘,设计了新衬板,节省了大量的资金和外汇,实现了TG4036A型废钢压块衬板及衬板螺钉国产化。
In order to develop the modelled product of lihing of the briquett press TG 4036A,we have testd its chemical composition and mechanical characters,and sdrveyed the weared part and designed modelled product.As a result,the modelled product realizes part nationalization and reduce foreign exchange transaction.
