摘要
可编程开关电容滤波器MAX260/261/262是美国MAXIM公司开发的一种通用有源滤波器,可用微处理器编程控制,方便的构成各种低通、带通、高通、陷波和全通配置,而且不需要外部元件,可靠性高,对使用环境的要求低,是目前广泛应用于测控和通讯领域的一类单片集成器件。简述了MAX260系列芯片的工作原理和编程技术,并以MAX262为例说明了其功能及应用。
the paper introduces the operating principle and programmable technology of the MAX260/261/262 CMOS dual second-order universal switched-capacitor active filters, besides, gives an example with MAX262, showing its function and application.
