摘要
芜青花叶病毒(Turnip Mosaic Virus,Tu-MV)属于马铃薯 Y 病毒组,其基因组为单链RNA,寄主范围广,能侵染20个科的双子叶植物。在我国 TuMV 的分布遍及各地。
Turnip mosaic virus(TuMV),a me-mber of the potyvirus group,and consi-dered to be the main virus that causesevere disease of crucifer plants,suchas Brassica Campestris,B.Pekinensis,Raphanus Sativus etc.The RNA wasextracted from TuMV,purified by dif-ferential centrifugation and CsSO_4 de-nsity gradient centrifugation,using oli-go-dT as a primer to synthesize cDNA,which was then cloned into vector pla-smid pUC19.It has been shown byimmunological screening and WesternBlot analysis that the No.30 cloneexpressed the coat protein gene product.The sequence analysis of coat proteingene is in prograss.
