用DNA同源性的方法确定柽麻根瘤菌的分类地位

摘要 柽麻是豆科植物猪屎豆属(Crotalaria L.)中的一个种,种名为 Crotalaria juncea。它是一种夏季速生绿肥,在我国南北方均有分布,其茎秆可作麻,也可作燃料。目前。 The DNA G+C tool% and DNAhomologies of the four slow-growingand one middle growing rhizobia fromthe nodules of Crotalaria juncea and eig-hteen other rhizobia were comparativelydetermined by the methods of the ther-mal denaturation and the reassociationrate of DNA,respectively The resultsshowed that:1.The slow-growing strainsfrom the nodules of Crotalaria junceaand Bradyrhizobium japonicum were be-longed to a high level group of DNAhomology(75.3—85.2);2.The classific-ation results obtained from DNA homo-logy and numerical taxonomy were identical(unpublished data)So we proposethat the slow-growing rhizob(?)a from Cr-otalaria juncea should be included inthe species,Bradyrhizobium japonicum.
