[背景 ]观察脑下垂体阻滞术对 1例非典型面痛的治疗效果 .[病例报告 ]病人面痛部位在左眼、左耳根及上牙槽 ,诊断为非典型面痛 ,借助C型臂 ,在全身麻醉下行脑下垂体阻滞术 ,术后疼痛明显减轻 ,VAS评分由 9分下降为 2分 ,3个月后随访未见复发 .[讨论
BACKGROUNDTo study the therapeutic effec ts of neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland for 1 case of atypical facial pain.CASE REPORTThe main region of pain wa s the left eye, left periotic area and supradental alveoli. The patient was trea ted with the neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland by general anesthesia with direc tion of X-ray. The facial pain was obviously relieved, and the VAS score was c ha nged from 9 to 2 without headache, visual field defect, diabetes insipidus and o ther complications.The symptom did not recur in 3 months of following up. DISCUSSIONThe neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland is an effective metho d for the atypical facial pain.
