摘要
胜利海上埕岛油田四井区砂岩胶结疏松 ,容易出砂 ;原油密度大 ,原油黏度在 383~ 1 0 0 8mPa·s范围内 ,原油胶质含量高。主要讨论不同原油黏度对不同绕丝筛管、不同砾石组合防砂效果的影响。研究结果表明 :89mm和 1 1 4mm绕丝筛管在相同砾石条件下 ,低黏度对防砂效果影响不大 ,而高黏度对防砂效果有较大影响 ;因此 。
The reservoir of Block Ⅳ in Shengli Offshore Chengdao Oil Field is un consolidated sand, therefore it is easy to produce sand during production. The o il in the block has high density, viscosity of about 383~1 008 mPa·s and high co ntent of colloid. This paper discusses influence of different oil viscosity on t he effect of sand control with different wire screen and different gravel combin ation that have been used in the block. The study result shows that, with 89 mm and 114 mm wire screen and the same gravel combination, the lower oil viscosity has almost no influence on the effect of sand control, but higher oil viscosity has distinct influence on the effect of sand control. Therefore, oil viscosity m ust be considered in sand control design in viscous oil field.
