介绍了一轴二径氨合成塔内件的结构及流程 ,叙述了合成塔开车过程发生的事故经过和停车检查结果 ,分析了事故产生的原因 ,介绍了检修处理方法及改进措施。
Author has introduced the structure and process for ammonia converter internal with one axial and two radial beds, described process of the trouble occurred during start-up of the converter, analyzed the caused reason of trouble, and also introduced the maintenance/disposal method and improvement measures.
