摘要
用钨渣作为合金添加剂,研究出含W、Mn、Nb、Ta的合金铸铁磨球。模拟磨损试验和生产应用结果证明其耐磨性达到高Cr铸铁磨球水平。介绍试验方法及结果,并对钨渣的作用、熔炼工艺的可行性进行分析讨论。
Using tungstenic slag as alloying additive,a sort of W,Mn ,Nb , Ta containing cast iron wear-resistant grinding ball was developed.The result s of simulant abrasion test and application in practical production showed that its resistance has reached the level of Hi-Cr cast iron grinding ball.The ex periment method and results were introduced,and the effect of tungstenic slag as well as feasi-bility of melting process was analyzed and discussed.
