摘要
20年来 ,植物遗传转化技术日臻完善。作者介绍了PEG法、电激法、基因枪法、农杆菌介导法的原理及在水稻抗病虫、抗逆及品质等遗传改良上的应用现状 ,并展望了植物遗传转化方法的应用前景。
The techniques for plant transformation have been improved markedly in recent twenty years. The methods of polyethylene glycol, electroporation, particale bombardment, agrobacterium tumefaciens were mainly used on rice heredity improvement(such as disease/pest resistance, adversity resistance and quality). The theory and application of these four methods, and the prospects of rice transformation were reviewed.
