指出国有资产管理存在的问题是国有企业现行法人治理结构不健全和资产流失严重 ,提出搞好国有资产管理的建议 :逐步完善法人治理结构 ;加强监管 ,减少资产流失 ;
There are problems in management of the state owned assets,such as the current structure of juridical person management is not health,and the loss of the assets is serious.Then present some suggestions,perfect the structure of juridical person management gradually,enforce the supervision to reduce the loss of the state owned assets, realize really the way from assets management to capital management.
