摘要
研究了一种利用碱棉花和环氧氯丙烷发生醚化反应制备阴离子交换纤维的新型工艺 ,寻求出了该工艺各步反应的最佳条件。此工艺避免了使用氯甲醚或二氯甲醚等强烈致癌药品。同时 ,研究了新型阴离子交换纤维的交换容量、交换速率、对 NO- 3的选择性 。
This paper introduces a new process to produce anion exchange cellulose from alkli cellulose and epichlorohydrin reaction,which is called etherification.The best conditiones of all the reaction steps are found.This process avoids to use strong carcinogenic medecines,such as chloromethylether (CME) or bis chloromethylether (BCME).Sametime,the paper studied the capacity and the speed of anion exchange cellulose as well as the selectivity to NO - 3 on the etherification.And it is found the rule that carbon chain numbers on the functional groups of anion exchange cellulose affect the selectivity of cellulose.
