摘要
金霉素是由金色链霉菌产生的一种四环类抗生素 ,其产生菌经紫外线、氯化锂和金霉素抗性实验等手段获得高产菌株M 14 2 ,并在 6 0m3罐生产中采用正交实验筛选出的发酵培养基 ,效价达 2 32 0 0 μg/mL ,比原菌株提高了 15 %。
After multi treatment of UV , LiCL and resistance test of chlortetracycline, the high yielding strain M14 2 was obtained from Streptomyces aureofaciens for the production of chlortetracycline. At the same time, the fermentation medium was optimized by orthogonal experiment. As a result, the titer of the mutant could reach as high as 23200μg/mL in 60m 3 fermenter, 15% higher than that of the original strain.
