摘要
闪烁EPORM是一种可用电子方法擦除的改型EPROM,在擦除和重新编程时,不需把它们从系统中拔出,本文介绍闪烁EPROM的工作原理,产生闪烁EPROM编程所需准确V_(pp)电源的几种方法,还给出了在一台80C 186微机上使用闪烁EPROM的实例。
Flash EPROM is a modified EPROM that can be erased electronically. It can be erased and reprogrammed without removing out from the system. This paper introduces the flash EPROM and its operating principles. since it requires an accurate V_(pp) supply for programming, several ways of generating an on-hoard V_(pp) are given. The final part demonstrates how flash EPROM can be used in a simple microcomputer based on the 80C186.
