乳腺癌血管形成及与侵袭、转移的关系

摘要 目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)的表达及肿瘤血管形成与乳腺癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法 对 1 1 0例乳腺癌标本应用免疫组化 S- P法检测其微血管数 ( MVC)和 VEGF蛋白的表达 ,分析 MVC和 VEGF的表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。结果  1 1 0例中 VEGF表达阳性率为 6 7.3% ,VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤脉管侵犯呈密切正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;乳腺癌的微血管数 ( MVC) X± S为 97.7± 4 2 .5个 ,MVC与淋巴结转移、肿瘤脉管侵犯呈密切正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;本组乳腺癌的 VEGF表达与 MVC呈密切正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 乳腺癌组织由于 VEGF等血管形成因子的明显增加 ,肿瘤血管大量形成 ,微血管数显著增加 ,促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。故检测乳腺癌组织中 MVC和 VEGF的表达状况有助于进一步了解乳腺癌的生物学行为 。 Objective To investigate the relationship of angiogenesis to the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) as well as its clinical significance in breast cancer.Methods Microvessel count(MVC) and VEGF protein expression in 110 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical S P methods.The relationship among MVC and VEGF expression to various clinicopathologic factors of breast cancer were analyzed.Results The expression rate of VEGF in 110 cases was 67 7%.The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and vessel invasion (P<0 01).Microvessel count(MVC)±S was 97 7±42 5.MVC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and vessel invasion(P<0 01).MVC was positively correlated with expression of VEGF.Conclusion We consider that tumor angiogenesis plays an important role to enhance invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.MVC and VEGF may be a valuable tool for the assessment of the biological behavior of human breast cancer.
