摘要
采用MCS-51单片机系统,实现了一种性能价格比较高的A/D、D/A转换器自动测试仪。该设备能够测试12位以下A/D、D/A转换器的静态性能参数,能自动校准、自动调整失调、零点误差以及增益误差。可以独立自成系统,又可与IBM-PC或其兼容机联机。
This article introduces an automated test set developed with MCS-51 single chip processor system and it is low cost and multifuuctions for characterizing the static performance of A/D and D/A converters. It can provide automatic correct and autozero and gain. And it can be construeted a test system alone or connected with IBM-PC computers.
