摘要
目的 探讨如何建立慢性应激性高血压动物模型。方法 采用刺激脉冲随机变动的足底电击结合噪声的复合刺激为应激源 ,对大鼠实施刺激 ,同时记录其血压和心率变化。结果 实验用 1 7只大鼠与对照组动物比较 ,除 1例血压未见明显变化外 ,1 6只在实施应激刺激的 6d内迅速升高 ,应激性高血压的发病率为 94 %。
Objective To investigate how to create chronic stress hypertension animal model. Methods Electric foot shock combined with noise were used to build chronic stress hypertension animal model.The blood pressure and heart rate were examined simultaneously. Results Compaired with control animals,16 of 17 rats with stress suffered from hypertension. Conclusion The stress system,designed to induce chronic stress hypertension animal model,is successful.
