摘要
在铝栅CMOS数字电路中,采用一个低跨导pMOS管和一个低跨导nMOS管及两个专门设计的大电容和两级普通倒相器,可构成一个自复零电路。在芯片电源接通时,该电路产生一个具有一定持续时间的脉冲,使芯片所有应复零的电路复位。本文对这种电路进行了电路设计分析和版图设计分析,并给出了该电路元件的设计尺寸。
The circuit and layout design of an autoreset unit is analyzed, which is comprised of a low transconductancc pMOS transistor, a low transconductancc nMOS transistor, two specifically-designed large capacitors and two inverters. This circuit will generate a pulse with desired duration when the chip is on to reset the circuits that are supposed to be. Design of devices in the circuit is also given in the paper.
