摘要
本文介绍了采用Foundy线单元库进行专用ICX920的设计过程,并给出了产品的研制结果,阐述了X920的设计思想、设计要点及加工技术。
The design of an application-specific-integrated-circuit,a 4-channel p-i-n switch driver, by using cell library for foundry is reported in the paper. The results of the development are presented and the design concept and considerations as well as the processing technology are elaborated.
